Social functions are included in the Registration Fee and consist of three events:
- Gathering Day Reception (Sunday Evening, Feb. 16th) – 9:00 PM
Join us in the Delegal Room for complimentary beverages, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts to start the Symposium with celebration.
- Banquet Dinner (Wednesday, Feb. 19th)
7:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Join us on the hotel lawn for cocktail hour.
8:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Join us in the Delegal Room for a nice evening of dinner and for the presentation of awards. Dressy casual attire is suggested. Please sign up for this event when you register online.
- Dine & Dance (Friday, Feb. 21st) – 7:00 PM
Please sign up any guest you may have for the Banquet Dinner when you register online. Guest fee for the Banquet Dinner will be $50.00. Upon checking in at the Symposium, you will receive an entry ticket for you and each paid guest.
The menu for the Banquet Dinner, in addition to other conference information, will be available at the Sanibel conference registration desk throughout the entire week of the meeting.
