Abstract Preparation Instructions

All speakers (plenary and invited session, oral presenters) and poster presenters are invited to submit an abstract. All abstracts must be submitted as a PDF file through our Abstract serverĀ (see below) by December 22, 2023. If your abstract is not received by December 22, 2023, it will not appear in the booklet.

  • Abstracts should be no more than one page in length, orientation – portrait
  • FontĀ  – Calibri or Times New Roman
  • Title of abstract – font size 16; bold; centered.
  • Authors’ name – font size 12; bold; centered.
  • The presenting author name should be underlined.
  • Authors’ addresses – font size 12; italic, centered.
  • Text of abstract – font size 12; justify.
  • Please create your own PDF and verify that it was created error free.
  • Abstracts not submitted in PDF will be returned; if you have problems with this, please contact sanibel@qtp.ufl.edu.
  • PDF files that will not open, exceed size limits, or have errors will be returned unprocessed.

By Submitting this Abstract, the author or authors authorize the organizers of the Sanibel Symposia to publish or reproduce the Abstract in its entirety as they see fit (including electronically) for the purposes of supporting and publicizing the Symposium.

After the deadline date of December 22, 2023, all abstracts received will only be available on the web after conclusion of the Symposium.

Abstract Submittal Instructions

Upon registering, you will be contacted by the Symposium Staff for instructions to access the Abstract server. Abstracts will not be accepted from un-registered people.
