Contract prices are in effect from Sunday, February 25, 2024 through Friday, March 1, 2024.
Please make all reservations prior to January 21, 2024 to qualify for the reduced rate. After this date conformation of rooms will only be accepted based on availability of contracted room type(s) and the hotel’s prevailing rates.
Sleeping room rate ($209) for any type of room is net, non-commissionable and is quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, fees and assessments.
The sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card.
Check-In/Out Time: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM. All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Early Departure Fee: If a guest checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest’s individual account (currently, $75.00). Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Resort Fees: Sleeping room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable resort fees. Therefore, in addition to the sleeping room rates there will be a daily resort fee, currently $22 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax, which will be posted to all guest rooms to cover the following:
Basic guest internet access (up to 2 devices), 1-800/ Local calls, 2 Beach Chairs, 2 Hr. bike rental, Resort activities, Daily Yoga, two bottles of water daily, fitness center and swimming pool access/towels.
Taxes: In the state in which Hotel is located, currently the sales tax rate is 6.5% and the hotel occupancy tax rate is 5%.
Parking: Resort is valet only. Discounted rate of $29.00 per day plus tax offered (normally $35)
