The Symposium refund policy allows for a refund by the University of Florida Conference Department. To process your refund with no penalty, we require a written request prior to January 15, 2020. Any refund requested after January 15, 2020 will be reduced by a $75.00 administrative fee. A written request must be received to issue a refund. The University of Florida and the Sanibel Symposium reserve the right to revise program content and presentations, or to cancel the program if registration criteria are not met or when conditions beyond their control prevail. If the program is cancelled, the University and the Sympsoium’s liability is limited to refund of the conference fees paid by each registrant.
