Calculation of information entropy for molecular structure modification has been made in [1, 2]. First article has been dedicated a high-temperature modification (Arrhenius dependence), second – molecular tunneling (low-temperature plateau). For both modifications probabilities of occurrence of the reactions under considerations, their efficiency and mean-square fluctuations of the distribution function parameters have been determined. Thus, a development of Perrin’s radiation hypothesis gives us a new picture of the elementary activation act for unimolecular chemical reaction.
