Full Symposium

Payment

Payments may be made with Visa, Master Card, American Express, check, money order, cash, or wire transfer payable to University of Florida in U.S. dollars and drawn on U.S. banks.

Purchase Orders

Registrations to be paid by employers must be accompanied by a purchase order. Purchase orders must include the registrant(s) name and should be emailed with a copy of the participant(s) registration form(s) to conferences@mail.ufl.edu.

Federal Tax Identification Number

The federal tax identification number for the University of Florida Conference Department is 59-6002052.

Wire Transfers

International Wire Transfers – A US $30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Bank Wire. Before submitting a wire transfer, please call 352-392-1701 or email conferences@mail.ufl.edu for instructions.

Registrations and payments may be mailed to University of Florida Conference Department, 3900 SW 63rd Blvd., Gainesville, FL 32608.

Refunds

The Symposium refund policy allows for a refund by the University of Florida Conference Department. To process your refund with no penalty, we require a written request prior to December 20th, 2025. Any refund requested after December 20th, 2025 will be reduced by a $100.00 administrative fee. A written request must be received to issue a refund. Requests may be emailed to conferences@mail.ufl.edu, or mailed to University of Florida Conference Department, 3900 SW 63rd Blvd., Gainesville, FL 32608.

Cancellations

The University of Florida and the Sanibel Symposium reserve the right to revise program content and presentations, or to cancel the program if registration criteria are not met or when conditions beyond their control prevail. If the program is cancelled, the University and the Symposium’s liability is limited to refund of the conference fees paid by each registrant.
